Game Title: "Escape Reality"
Software using to make game: Game Maker Studio
- Made some tea , opened up game maker and started learning how to make an FPS with a YouTube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiohgijWQLw) and started making a test game before making actual game
- Made two sprites for test game
- a sprite to represent the player
- and a sprite to represent a wall
- followed video speakers lead and typed in code to allow program to understand that the game is in 3d and then set the game so that it would place the player in the center of the room.
- Started second part of tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mgh1b4rjb4) and again followed speakers lead , but came across problem when running the game for the first time and worked on figuring out what was wrong.
- pondered on possibly looking for an extension to make 3D programming in game easier
- took a 40 minute break to make more tea, get food, and do some household chores
- Progress stopped by parental figures. project saved. hoping to work more later but dont know...
